Kimberly Barahona is a TMCA Credentialed Advanced Mediator who lives and practices in the Houston Area. Ms. Barahona works with families and small businesses to resolve disputes and to avoid the time and expense associated with taking a conflict to trial. Ms. Barahona’s office is located in The Woodlands, TX. Online mediation is available for clients who are unable or prefer not to meet in person.

Ms. Barahona advocates for Mediation as a problem solving process allowing the parties to reach decisions for themselves. Courts are often limited by law/statutes in how a conflict can be resolved, generally resulting in a “winner” and a “loser.” Through mediation, the parties have the opportunity to create solutions that work for them. The goal is a “win-win” outcome.
